I have used Susann on a number of occasions and she is brilliant. Not only brilliant in what she does but brilliant in her customer service and response. On one occasion she offered to come out on a Sunday as we were without central heating, on another she has talked me through situations over the phone and not charged me, and also taught me to fix a simple boiler issue myself so I didn’t have to keep paying to call her out. She would bend over backwards to fix the issue and leave you happy and with a peace of mind. I have never had this with any other plumber and she is a top contact to have in your phone.
I would highly recommend her.
